Hi Doctor, my son has started clattering his teeth few times in a day for the last one week. Even making bubbles of his saliva from last two days. Why is he doing so?

due to abnormal alignment of the jaw, intense concentration or situational anxxiety and stress, teething , dreams anxiety, teething pain, digestion problem and gas, dental caries and dental pain.
some times worms
usually sxelf limiting. meet your dr for more information
