Q.

Hi doctor my son has small white patch on his chest and private area.. Is that because of calcium deficiency?

A. It is most likely a fungal infection but without actually examining in person we cannot comment anything because sometimes white patches will come because of nutritional deficiency or even because of skin disorders and a dermatologist will be a right personWrite Your Answer Here

A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in sizec and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. Hello mom Some white patches are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days so you should not worry about it at all. You should just continue using babies regular baby products and there is no need to apply anything else. If you want then you can go for Babyhug baby products this is one of the best brand
