Hi Doctor My son has not yet started communicating .He is 3 years old .he is very active and grasp thing very quickly .he can say 1 to 20 and all alphabets.rhymes n audio he can quickly memorise and act accordingly. Less responsive to his name. Communicating all his needs non verbally.kindly suggest
