hi doctor, my son has had a cough n a cold for the past 20 days. it will be less for two days and agian he has cough from yday. we visited the doctor and he prescribed Ascoril LS syrup, the syrup is so bitter my son is not ready to take it. can you please suggest an alternative for this. thank you

A. You have to ask your doctor to change the syrup because the medicines which were given previously or most of them are banned under the age of four years but you can give honitus if you want that’s a good option
