hi doctor my son has completed 2 years in Feb22 and he has runy nose from last one month no fever n all we already consult with doctor last month n completed medicine course but it doesn't stop yet. what should I do please suggest

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be ufrsed in a profper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
