hi doctor,my son has been suffering from watery eyes and mild redness since last night what should I do please suggest to me

A. CIS of now you can clean the eyes with water if you want but you have to have an assessment with your doctor regarding that and your doctor will be able to tell you what drops can you use for the eyes of your child which would be more benefited
