hi doctor..my son got fever at 1 month 10 days back..in blood reports doctor said your son had typhoid fever..we use antibiotics..he was cured and completely fine..last 2 days back he ate mutton he is okay..and next day he ate boiled egg..and that next day he got fever of 100.6..he is fine taking food playing well..but why he had fever again plz suggest me..from 2 days he had fever of 100 to 101 fever..we using paracetamol syrup..can we consult the doctor..plz suggest me sir please..
