Hi doctor, my son getting fever 100 to 102 , from last 2 days, we went doctor he given monocef syrup and meftagesic ds ( paracetamal + mefanic acid) , morning we have given both and he also drunk orcalyte ors, but afternoon he got full fever, please suggest us,

kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after 3 days of starting medicine.
follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be changed in the medicines .
