hi doctor, my son coughing mid night s from past three weeks, we used cough syrup also, that is astakind syrup, please suggest me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with thfat cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation sob can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

If the cough is dry then apply warm coconut oil infused with tulsi leaves on the chest and feet of the baby and for wet cough apply warm mustard oil infused with garlic on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough..
