Hi doctor, my son age of 4yr1 month old suffering from fever 2 days onwards. am already use p-250 medicine but he is not cured and active. please suggest

A. If the fever doesn’t subside maximum within the time of 72 hours then it is a problem as of now I would recommend you to let the night pass with the paracetamol and consult your doctor for further assistance tomorrow itself
