Hi doctor my son age is 24th month yet he is not able to speak 20 words whenever we are trying to teach words he didn't concentrate and behaviour also not good sometimes biting and beating to me and wife is it anything serious about my son

A. its okay, dont force him. just talk to him asmuch as possie, ask frequent qyestion and encourage him to give reply, but dont firce if he dont reply, he will start speaking by his own pace
