Q.

Hi doctor my son 2years 19days old from yesterday night he is suffering from fever and loose motion and fever his doctor has suggested fevago 250 mg for fever and enterogermina I have given him but still his loose motion didn’t stop I given it at morning and night please helps me.. Even I am giving him ORS . Please let me know will this medication help him please

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is revquired if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibioticsj treatment
