Hi doctor my shashikala my daughter 2.6year old she ve mild fever. am giving ibugesic syrup. which antibiotic syrup can i prefer

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only 2 years 6 months is baby is having mild fever it is always advisable to use paracetamol only e like calpol please do not use ibugesic to the baby unless the temperature is more than 103 degrees
