hi Doctor, my pregnancy is confirmed n 2 months now. I can see some blood spots from past 1 week.. is it normal?

it was 8 weeks the baby didn't have heart beat so.
can you please suggest us when can we plan for a baby again. Do I have to wait for my periods?
n also please tell me that health care after abortion.
