hi doctor, my kid is about of 4 months and some days and use potty 4 5 din ke baad hoti h vo bhi agar hum use upar ka milk dete h other than breastfeeding aur vo bhi vo bhot hard si karta h jisse use rashes padh jate and bhot pain hota h use please advise some tips to over come from this problems...

A. if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
