A. it may be a normal variation but yes you will have to meet the doctor who will tell you whether it is some type of skin problem or muscle problem or bone problem with might be present below the finger proximally

A. Yea Without a personal assessment I will not be able to tell you whether it is natural or some issue is there if you have a concern regarding this way that you personally get it examined by a doctor because after that only you can be rather more sure about the issue if there is any
