Hi doctor, My daughter was now 1 year old.Can I give aavin milk twice a day.He is eating solid and veggies.Still I am started non veg for her.Hereafter slowly going to try non veg.Its ok to start now

but don't offer New food items when you are introducing milk to your child

yes it can be given
but as you are giving it first time to your child, I advise to start with very small quantity and check if child is comfortable with it or not
