Hi doctor, my daughter's height growth is slow n even her weight is low as per her age. What should I give her. plz suggest.

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. offer more liquids and fruits to

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
