hi doctor,my daughter is six months old. today morning she got influenza and typhoid shots .doctor informed us that there won't be any fever.but she got fever now.iam little bit worried now.

A. give the commission can cause the occasional fever and also pain for do not worry just give paracetamol to the child and can be repeated after every 6 hours if again the fever is coming
