Q.

Hi Doctor, My daughter is saying everyday morning when she woke up she is feeling pain in one knee, down the knee and also in the legs, sometimes while playing or when she is walking she is saying having the pain in the legs. I'm very much worried about this.Is that normal due to nutritional deficiency or should I consult any doctor for this? Please advise. Thanks in advance

A. hi dear Growing pains are often described as an ache or throb in the legs — often in the front of the thighs, the calves or behind the knees. Growing pains tend to affect both legs and occur at night, and may even wake a child from sleep. Although these pains are called growing pains, there's no evidence that growth hurts.
