hi doctor, my daughter is having fever and cough.. fever will be 98 or 99 , and for that as per doctor advice we are giving her dolo drops 1.5ml for every 6 hours. it's been 3 days now but I'm observing her cough since yesterday, n she will cough everytime during sleep only.. it seems like a dry cough, congestion is seen please suggest some syrup for cough
