Hi doctor My daughter is 8month old she is finding difficult to potty and the potty is coming a bit sold state

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake of your child. Give liquids like coconut water and fresh fruits and fruit juices. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
