hi doctor my daughter is 7.5 month old and from last month her rashes is not reducing and it became white patch type ...her pediatrics told me to use siloderm mix but still not result I am very worried doctor please guide I attached photo alsl

A. hi please inform your treating doctor for once. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. prefer Cotton clothes. keep your child hydrated keep your child in well vantileted room. avoid using any cosmetics. apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it. keep that area clean. maintain good hygiene
