hi doctor my daughter is 6 months old can I give banana daily is that ok.?

banana is easily digestible, helps in weight gain,
avoid if the baby is having cold or baby is getting constipated hard stools..
you can also give fruit as apple pear sapota banana.. remember to introduce one new food one at time..
