Q.

Hi doctor , My daughter is 4 yr 2 m old.. i heard from one of my friend like put flu shots it will be helpful while 3rd wave of covid starts.. it might protect..i attached the medicine which my friend referred.. let me know whether it is advisable for her

A. yes it is recommended . . Immunization should be done if feasible for infant as they are primary vaccines but can be delayed for about 14 days . But other vaccine can be delayed for a month or so . . Influenza vaccine should be given yearly as covid vaccine is still under trial and flu vaccine is recommended.
