Hi doctor my daughter is 4 months old she is now suffering from cold for past one week I’m giving her medication but still she is not feeling better the medicines are levolin syrup and atarax drops can plz tell me what can be done future

A. it is important to keep the child hydrated. anti cold medicines are ncot given without medical consultation what you can give now is nasal saline drops which is salt water and can be given again and again to decrease nasal blockage as well as cough and cold try to prevent temxperature variations around the child and keep the child well covered. can give indirect steam inhalation .
