hi doctor my daughter is 3 yr 3 month old since morning she has been having neck and body pains with fever I'm giving her flexon syrup I gave her around 2 o clock afternoon and evening again she got fever then I gave sec dose can I give 3 rd dose at 12.30 nyt and how many days should I continue this

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory probcess in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the firsgt line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
