Hi doctor, my daughter is 3 years and 3 months. Night times she is having milk with bottle. Is it good time to stop the milk? if I need to stop giving her milk, then what else I can give her night time?

First of all if you needs to milk and child should have milk half an hour before sleeping and then the child should brush and go to sleep if you continue to use bottles like this then the teeth are going to get spoiled and that’s going to be a massive problem and actually milk should not be given like this how you are giving it should be given how I am mentioning that’s the right method
