Q.

hi doctor My daughter is 18 months now, can I introduce a cow milk to her ? Or should I continue with nan pro ?

A. Actually after the age of one year you can introduce any kind of milk to the child whether it is animal is milk full cream packet milk or any other milk of your choice and you can add about 20% of water to start with and then slowly reduce down the content of water in the milk
