hi doctor , my daughter is 1 year old now n continuously getting cold n caugh from 15 days we visited doctor also , n according to prescription we provided my kid antibiotics n synarist n syskof now that still she has light caugh ..please suggest any remedies

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 5 years of age. this falling ill is just steps to to immunity build up in these children and you will see thaaat after 5 years they will not fall ill that much frequently. till that time just take care of regular diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child

Hi Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
