Hi Doctor,My daughter had fever past 5days now for 2days her temperature is reduced by giving paracetamol and antibiotics But for 2days she didn't take her food properly just she will be sleeping & she took like very tried & feels very drowsy i don't know what to do iam trying to give her electrolyte drink only but that also she is not welling to have it, she feels like voimting & past 4days she doesn't go toilet too please guide me how to take care her
