Hi doctor, My daughter 8yr 8months. Recently i noticed body changes in her. Breast bud started and a small hair found below her stomach. Im worried how to take care and prevent early puberty. She wont junk foods regularly and she never had cool drinks. She will drink milk only one time in a day. She is physically active like 2hrs playing outside and dancing. I started educating her about periods. Please guide me what changes and care i need to do to avoid early puberty..
