Hi Doctor, My daughter (4yr 7 months) had cold and cough since 5 days but today evening she is complaining of headache , with slight fever of 99.5. Had given calpol 250 ,4 ml around 8 pm. No fever now but she is unable to sleep due to head ache. Please advise whether we can give meftal or ibugesic for head ache.
