My child suffering from fever since Saturday, 5 days completed, he is still having temparature
if paracetamol not repeated after 4 hours temparature raises

we had blood test also yesterday doctor said it is viral fever and some infection he has so given antibiotics.

child has cough also , severe cold since Sunday
today doctor asked give as when required if child has temparature after 5 hours of dose again temparature crossed 100.

why my child suffering alot, could you please suggest

Viral infection that your child is suffering from because I do not know what kind of infection your child has you have stated clearly using some infection to child suffering from some cases with a small child if the infection is there it can take some time to subside can be seven days also and sometimes a little more than that depending upon the kind of infection and the intensity it is though if you feed the despite of medication the fever is rising then you can check with your doctor again to change the medicine for fever but during the time of viral it is common for anybody to have this kind of discomfort for 5 to 7 days because of massive cold and cough at the same time
