hi doctor , my child has some rashes on his faces , can u please tell me what is the reason for that.

Baby skin is so sensitive not every product suits to all. only use paeditrician/experts suggested products, check suitability by applying small quantity on hand/legs if no rashes then continue to use. Do normal luke warm water bath for 2 days and check products suitability. Avoid kissing, touching without sanitizing or washing hands on baby face .
