Hi Doctor , my champ had his vaccination on Monday and sicne yesterday he had fever it was at 37.4 yet tonight he is at 38.6 . , kindly advice what next should I proceed ahead . do I wait to settle down if so how many days I need to observe or show him to doctor

A. the vaccination fever in the baby may be continuing for two days very rarely for 3 days only if it is persistent be at this time may not be related to the vaccination advisable to consult a doctor
