hi doctor, my boy is 3 years and 8 months old,, he pooping white colour poop.. and stomach pain to.. what is the remedy for this.. please suggest any medication

A. hi parent please give her curd in day time enterogermina probiotics drops two tubes a day would help please don't give her milk keep her well hydrated by giving her water frequently use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 after boiling
