hi doctor, my baby was born with gastroschisis, he got ileostomy done on the day of birth itself, later he was loosing weight because of loose stools as there was no absorption of water content, so surgeons has closed the stoma on 26th day of his birth, after many complications he's doing well now, what special precautions can I take to avoid intestinal obstruction? please do suggest other measures to be taken
