hi Doctor, my baby Sharvil is 4M and off lately after his feed he removes curdled milk while burping him. is it because of the heat or something else

After feeding donot lift the baby all in a sudden instead gently lifting the baby and keep the baby on your lap and give warm massage backside of shoulder area. Getting burping sound is a must and make it confirm. Each and every time you must get the confirmation till two years.
