RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Give more of liquid so that your child’s tummy is full along with that also I would recommend you to start with homoeopathic tablet 21 and also massage the comes regularly with a soft and a cloth which is what is going to be quite helpful as of now
