hi doctor, my baby is suffering from heat rashes around neck and it's spreads on forehead also. he is having temperature 98.8 f . I have started using paracetamol 120 mg with 2.5 ml quantity to baby. what else I can do better to get recover from the temperature and heat. thank you

A. please do not give any medicine without prescribed by doctor may be the temperature of body due to another reason. make baby wear loose soft cotton clothes only (if there is normal or summer season) and quit using any soap or cream you are applying on the area. make the area dry . consult with your doctor once regarding this
