hi doctor my baby is now almost an year old he will be turning 1 next week he is very active but during the night time he doesn't sleep properly he ll have disturb sleep i want him to sleep at night peacefully just wondering what might be the reason and he eats well but doesn't sleep well during the night

A. Hello mom give them massage regularly that will help her relax her body and a filling meal and maintain a time gap so that he does not feel discomfort during sleep

A. Toddlers have night mares which leads to disturbed sleep or the child might be very tired so he couldn't sleep well
