Q.
Hi doctor my baby is just 1 month and 25 days old I feel cough in his chest , he doesn’t react abnormal he feed well and nothing come out from nose neither he react like cough but I feel his breathing and sometimes while feeding he feel like cough sting his neck and he do vomit all he feed . What should I do ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is havingc some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cav ity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
