A. Hello mam, please refer pediatrician before you give formula milk. Get a suggestion from your doctor to which formula to use. As you said your baby is 9 months old now, give a proper meal.

A. It's essential to provide appropriate nutrition for your baby's age and developmental stage. At 9 months old, breast milk or formula should still be the primary source of nutrition for your baby. Here are some considerations regarding introducing other types of milk: ### Breast Milk or Formula: - Breast milk or infant formula provides essential nutrients that are tailored to meet your baby's needs. - It's recommended to continue breastfeeding or formula feeding until at least 12 months of age, and longer if desired. ### Introducing Cow's Milk: - Whole cow's milk can be introduced as a drink after your baby turns 1 year old. - Before 1 year of age, cow's milk is not recommended as a main drink due to its composition, which is different from breast milk or formula and may not provide all the necessary nutrients for infants. ### Infant Milk Powders: - Infant milk powders are specifically formulated to meet the nutritional needs of infants up to 12 months of age. - It's important to use infant formula recommended by healthcare professionals and follow the instructions on the packaging regarding preparation and serving. ### Amul Spray: - Amul spray is a brand of processed cheese, which is not suitable as a milk substitute for infants. - Cheese can be introduced to babies around 8-10 months of age as a complementary food, but it should be offered in small amounts and as part of a varied diet. ### Conclusion: For your 9-month-old baby, continue to breastfeed or offer infant formula as the main source of nutrition. If you have any concerns or questions about your baby's diet or introducing new foods, it's always best to consult with your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare professional for personalized advice and guidance. They can provide recommendations based on your baby's individual needs and development.
