hi doctor my baby is having pooping problem she crys seems very hard I'm giving this duphalac nothing happening

A. happens due to dehydration and lack of fibre diet. offer lukewarm water every hour offer more liquids and fruits. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables

A. Hello dear parent! Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake of your child. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
