NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it could be cradle cap and you can apply pure coconut oil over the area which can help or use baby hair oil which is made of natural ingredients and which contains tea tree oil in it which can help to control the dandruff problem and keep haor soft and smooth
