Hi doctor My baby is 7 weeks old and she got UTI she is on antibiotics since from 15days now and doctor says the report is still positive and this time they have changed the antibiotic - Faronem syrup is recommended is it safe to keep the baby on antibiotics for so long I am worried please suggest.

A. it is very important to treat the infection of UTI then thinking about the safety of antibiotics the infection is more dangerous in the baby take other probiotics. o k
