Hi doctor My baby is 7 months old I have started solids like rice with carrot and moong dhal with ghee at times.Also have added twice Palak and once with beetroot Fruits like apple and banana Anything else can I start giving Can I give home made cerelac? Is it safe I have asked my doctor whether can give health mix she said to start late Is cerelac and health mix same ?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can give Cerelac either market brought or who prepared but initiate whatever you are given for the first time with a small quantities initially so that baby can adapt to digesting it properly
