Hi doctor. My baby is 7 days old. I have flat nipples. so I started using nipple shield for breastfeeding. but since from 2 days I see my milk is reducing. what is the remedy for this??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are having flat nipples you should consult your doctor once for proper examination and guidance accordingly if the child is not taking proper feeding the milk supply may decrease

Hello mom You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing your breast milk. Rather than this also start adding more jeera and ajwain In your regular food. It will help in increasing breast milk and you have to feed your baby from both the sides.
