Hi doctor My baby is 4months old, suffering from cold and cough. Cough is bit high

Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor after diagnosis.it may be any infective or allergic.it is not so related to food items like banana etc.but seasonal changes may aggravate. if with fever too ,calpol can be given three times a day.give steam inhalation to relieve blocked nose and nasoclear drops can also be used multiple times. Cough Syrup or nebulization should be given according to the tyghepe of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive you can give ascoril-ls syrup for now only n continue in proper doses only after doctor's guidance.avoid refrigerated items and give only simple home-made preparations as required.child will gradually begin to eat as symptoms resolve.

So Best way to deal with this issue is to nebulise your child at least two times in a day for 3 to 5 days minimum you consult your doctor once for all the medicines that you need to required to nebulise your child because the doctor can advise you with all the correct medicines for that
